How long will delivery take?
Your order will normally be dispatched the following day via a 2/3 day courier service. In our experience, 98% of orders will be delivered within ten days. Situations beyond our control occasionally prevent us from achieving this standard and we ask that customers allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If you have not received your order within ten days and want to check progress, please call our warehouse on 0116-2341010 and quote your name, address and any order reference.
How much is an Earthmaker and do you charge for delivery? Earthmaker is £129.
We do not charge the full cost of delivering your Earthmaker because courier charges vary and rates have been increasing in line with fuel cost changes. Instead we ask for a contribution to the delivery cost as follows. For UK Mainland : £4.95 For N. Ireland : £7.95 and for Scottish Highlands & Islands: £9.95.
If you would like to guarantee delivery of your Earthmaker on a Saturday morning between (8.00am and Noon) this service is offered by our couriers for an additional £10.00. It cannot be requested on our website, so please phone your order on 0870 728 0604.
What happens if I miss your delivery?
It is important for you to provide a delivery address where someone is available to receive your new Earthmaker during weekdays. This might be your place of work.
If you are not available to receive your Earthmaker when our courier tries to deliver, they will leave a card with the address of the local depot where you can collect your order together with a phone number to call to make arrangements for re-delivery. If you do not contact the couriers within ten days, then your Earthmaker will be returned to our warehouse and you will need to pay an additional courier fee of £10.00 for re-delivery.
What do I do if I change my mind?
If you want to cancel your order before it has been delivered please call us on 0870 728 0604 or e-mail us at customerservice@earthmaker.co.uk . You will be refunded in full unless we have already handed your Earthmaker to the couriers in which case your refund may exclude the couriers delivery and collection fees.
If you wish to return your Earthmaker for ANY reason just call our customer services within 28 days to arrange collection. Providing the Earthmaker is unused and in its original packaging your payment will be refunded in full less the courier's delivery and collection fees. No questions asked. Just call us on 0870 728 0604.
If the Earthmaker has a fault we will replace the faulty part immediately . Please call us on 0870 728 0604 and tell us what the problem is.
Is my credit card information safe?
We do not collect any sensitive credit card information on our site. When you confirm your order we transfer you to a secure payment gateway, powered by Protx, to complete your purchase. Once payment has been confirmed by our bank (HSBC) you will be returned to our site and order confirmations will be e-mailed to you. Your browser will automatically confirm that your connection is secure and encrypted by showing a closed padlock on the payment gateway page.
What's your Privacy Policy regarding my information?
We will store your contact information only in order to provide you with follow up customer service and to know who our customers are. We will not provide this information to other parties nor send you junk mail.
