Earthmaker is the world's first continuous cycle composter. It's a revolutionary new bin that takes the hard work and hassle out of composting. It is priced at £129 inclusive of VAT.

We charge a contribution to the courier's delivery fees as follows:  for delivery to UK Mainland £4.95, to Northern Ireland £7.95; and for Scottish Highlands & Islands £9.95.

For deliveries to Ireland, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man there is a £15 supplement.

A Saturday a.m. Guaranteed Delivery (for UK Mainland only) is available at a supplement of £10. Please order with our Customer Service dept on 0870 728 0604.

Orders will normally be despatched the following day by courier and we are confident most will be delivered within a week. If we have not delivered within ten days, please phone our warehouse on 0116-2341010 for a progress check. Situations beyond our control occasionally prevent us from achieving this standard, particularly if high demand has reduced our stock levels and so we ask you to allow up to 28 days for delivery. If we have not delivered within 28 days you may cancel for a full refund.

It is important for you to provide a delivery address where someone is available to receive your new Earthmaker during weekdays. This might be your place of work. If you would like to guarantee delivery on a Saturday morning between (8.00am and Noon) this service is offered by our couriers for an additional £10. (Phone us on 0870 728 0604) If you are not at home when our courier tries to deliver, they will leave a card with the contact details of the local depot where you can collect your Earthmaker. You should make contact with the couriers within ten days or your Earthmaker will be returned to our warehouse and an extra courier fee of £10 will be incurred.

When placing an order on-line or via our Customer Service Hot Line you are entering into a legally binding contract subject to UK law. You have the right to a seven day cooling-off period and therefore if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us.

You may cancel your order before it has been delivered. Please call us on 0870 728 0604 or e-mail us at customerservice@earthmaker.co.uk. Within 28 days of delivery, if you wish to return your Earthmaker for ANY reason, just call our customer services to arrange collection. Providing the Earthmaker is unused and with its original packaging your payment will be refunded in full less the couriers delivery and collection fees. No questions asked. Every effort has been made to ensure Earthmaker will provide good service and great compost for years to come. Should you have genuine cause for dissatisfaction with your purchase please contact us. If the Earthmaker is faulty we will arrange for a replacement for the faulty component to be posted to you immediately. Please call us on 0870 728 0604 and tell us what the problem is.

The security of your personal credit card information is very important to us. We use a secure payment gateway to authorise your payment. Your browser will automatically inform you that your connection is secure by showing a 'closed padlock' on the page. When purchasing from us on-line your credit/debit card information is not collected on our website nor is it available to us or to any unauthorised person or company.

We will store your contact Name & Delivery Address, E-mail address and Phone Number information only in order to provide you with follow up customer service and to know who our customers are. We will not provide this information to other parties nor send you junk mail.
